Job summary

Langham Recruitment is supporting a major UK property and construction organisation on a significant COINS ERP transformation. We seek an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead data migration, integrations, reporting and archiving within the programme.

The role reports to the ERP Programme Manager, balancing internal stakeholders, partners and suppliers, and requires the capability to deliver end-to-end across Agile and Waterfall environments, with hybrid Edinburgh-based onsite work.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ERP, data migration or systems integration projects.
• Strong technical project management with end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Data & Integration workstream within a major COINS ERP implementation.
• Own workstream plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and governance activities.
• Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners and suppliers.
• Drive delivery across data migration, integrations, reporting and archiving activities.
• Manage RAID logs, change control, decision tracking and executive reporting.
• Oversee migration planning, data quality activities, rehearsals, reconciliation and business sign-off.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration delivery from design through to testing and deployment.
• Support testing, cutover planning, go-live readiness, hypercare and transition to support.
• Ensure supplier commitments, dependencies and deliverables are actively managed.
• Proven experience delivering complex ERP, data migration or systems integration projects.
• Strong planning, governance, dependency management and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to translate technical detail into clear business-focused updates and reporting.
• Experience operating within multi-vendor programme environments.
