Midas is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and repair commercial coffee machines across hotels, restaurants, cafés, and offices. You will troubleshoot issues, provide on-site support, and train customers to maximise uptime and performance.

The role requires a strong electromechanical background with good diagnostic skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in electromechanical servicing, ideally in coffee industry or field service.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to train customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair commercial coffee machines across customer sites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure peak machine performance.
• Train customers on operation and maintenance of equipment.
