Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative/clerical duties in a paediatric audiology or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for cochlear implant equipment queries and part requests.
• Provide troubleshooting advice for cochlear implant users as needed.
• Prepare clinical rooms, calibrate equipment, and restock consumables daily.
• Manage general supplies and lead ordering of clinical stock and consumables.
• Coordinate with cochlear implant manufacturers for repairs and supplies.
• Lead six-month stock takes for the Cochlear Implant Department.
• Assess patient device status and troubleshoot device-related issues.
