Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef in a busy restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and ensure high-quality, consistent dishes.
• Coach and develop junior chefs and line cooks.
• Plan menus, manage ordering, stock control and food safety standards.
