Rockfish Junior Sous Chef is a key role in one of the UK’s premier coastal dining teams. You’ll work across a vibrant kitchen, lead a passionate crew, and step up for leadership in the absence of the Sous and Head Chef.

You’ll mentor Junior Chefs, uphold food safety, and coordinate with front-of-house to deliver memorable experiences for every guest. Based in a stunning coastal town, you’ll join a team committed to sustainability and exceptional hospitality, with training and clear progression

Competenze

• Hospitality-focused kitchen experience is essential.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for junior team members.
• Knowledge of seafood prep and handling preferred.
