We’re looking for a Coach Operations Supervisor to join the Arriva Group team at our Bangor depot, taking responsibility for the day-to‑day supervision and coordination of our dedicated Bangor to Aberystwyth coach service. This is a key operational role with accountability for ensuring our coach operation is compliant, well staffed and delivering a safe, reliable and customer-focused service. What you'll be responsible for
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who understands passenger transport, can take ownership of an operation and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when the business needs them.
One route. One team. One person making it happen.
The Coach Operations Supervisor will be the key operational link for our dedicated Bangor to Aberystwyth coach service. You'll have genuine ownership across the operation, from ensuring tachograph compliance and arranging duty cover, through to managing holiday allocation, coordinating diversions and resolving customer complaints. And when the operation needs it, you'll also be ready to get behind the wheel and drive the service yourself. It's a varied role where no two days are guaranteed to be the same, making it ideal for an experienced PCV professional who wants to take the next step into operational supervision.
At Arriva, our operational teams are at the heart of keeping people moving. You'll join a major transport organisation where safety, compliance, reliability and customer service come first. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within coach and transport operations, taking genuine ownership of a dedicated service while working alongside an experienced team.
