We are recruiting a Coach to work on our UKSPF contract across Manchester and Salford, supporting young people.

Your role will involve working across community locations, helping young people access support, education, employment, and training opportunities.

Salary: Starting from £21,912 up to £26,262 per annum (dependent on experience).

Our team is committed to improving social mobility and enabling success in Education, Employment, and Training.

Our programme focuses on reaching the most disadvantaged young people, providing them with opportunities and support through a person-centred approach.

Experience working with young people aged 15 and above is desirable. We value a flexible, can-do attitude.

We offer flexible working arrangements, including part-time roles of 3 or 4 days a week, recognizing the valuable contribution of part-time staff.

Holidays and Benefits

You will start with 25 days of holiday, plus Bank Holidays, Birthday Leave, and up to six additional days based on length of service.
