Machine Mart Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking a store supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in running the store and delivering outstanding customer service. You will co-lead a small team, work up to 45 hours per week, and share responsibility for achieving challenging sales targets.

You will motivate colleagues, offer honest advice to customers, and build rapport to help shoppers navigate a wide range of products. A hands-on leader with a can-do attitude is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Experience supervising a small team.
• Knowledge of relevant product range.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Accurate numeracy and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Share responsibility for day-to-day running of the store with Store Manager.
• Work up to 45 hours per week with time off in lieu for extra time.
• Co-manage a small team of 4–6 staff.
• Motivate the team to deliver great customer experience and meet sales targets.
• Build rapport with customers and guide them through decisions.
