Job summary

Golden Goose Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Sneaker Maker to co-create personalized GG products with clients in-store. You will translate ideas into hand-drawn designs, guiding customers through a unique co-creation journey that reflects the brand story.

In this role you will drive sales through cross-selling and upselling, support pre-sale and post-sale processes, ensure customers are registered on the Golden App for segmentation, and maintain a well-organised co-creation

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional language a plus.
• Previous sales experience in retail or customer service.
• Artistic drawing and hand-sketching skills.
• Empathy, strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Co-create personalized GG products with clients using drawing and illustration.
• Guide clients through a unique co-creation experience reflecting the brand story.
• Support sales with cross-selling and upselling; assist pre- and post-sale activities.
• Register customers on the Golden App for segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain the co-creation area in line with visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, GDPR and health & safety.
