Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a CNST and Special Projects Lead Midwife to ensure project management and delivery of CNST compliance across the perinatal service, and to support compliance with the Maternal Care Bundle and Saving Babies Lives Care Bundle. The post-holder will collate and present compliance evidence and ensure reporting deadlines are met.

Qualifications

Experience delivering CNST compliance across perinatal services.
Ability to collate evidence and present to leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Work with Medical/Clinical Directors and perinatal leaders to provide timely CNST evidence.
Maintain the CNST audit tool and track progress through annual standards.
Produce regular progress reports for Trust Board highlighting risks and non-compliance.
Lead on preparation and submission of CNST evidence and compliance returns.
Present CNST progress at unit and Trust meetings as required.
Deliver mandatory training as part of the clinical governance team.
Support leads for Maternal and Saving Babies Care Bundles with progress reporting.
Lead or support other compliance projects arising from national reports or inquiries.
