Job summary

The post leads the audit tool and evidence library, coordinates with senior clinicians, and drives timely CNST submissions while supporting related safety and governance actions.

Qualifications

• Strong report writing and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of CNST evidence and compliance returns.
• Collate and present CNST compliance evidence, ensuring reporting deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with clinical directors and leadership to provide CNST evidence.
• Provide expert CNST advice to the perinatal leadership team.
• Produce CNST progress reports for the Trust Board and flag risks.
