Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced CNC Turner Setter/Programmer in Cobham to program, set and operate CNC turning machines producing precision components from exotic materials. You will interpret GD&T drawings and select tooling, speeds and feeds to meet tight tolerances.

• Proven experience programming, setting and operating CNC turning machinery.
• Experience machining exotic materials and difficult alloys.

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of tooling, speeds, feeds and effective machining strategies.

Are you an experienced CNC Turner with strong programming, setting and operating skills, looking to work with exotic materials and manufacture complex components to extremely tight tolerances?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected engineering and manufacturing business producing precision components for demanding industries including aerospace, defence and oil and gas.

In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines within a high-specification manufacturing environment. You will work from engineering drawings and GD&T specifications, selecting the appropriate tooling, speeds and feeds to produce complex components from materials including Inconel, Titanium, Hastelloy and Duplex.

This position offers excellent technical variety, regular overtime opportunities and ongoing training and development within an established, growing engineering business.
