Response Personnel Ltd seeks a skilled CNC Turner Setter/Programmer to join a precision engineering team in Woking, Surrey. You will program, set and operate CNC lathes to produce components to tight tolerances, using exotic materials and adhering to quality standards.
Role requires interpreting engineering drawings, selecting tooling, determining speeds/feeds and performing in-process inspections. Overtime and shift work may be required; safety is a priority.
We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our client's manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes to produce precision components to tight tolerances, often working with exotic and high-performance materials. This role requires a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency in a high-spec engineering environment. This role reports to the Machine Shop Manager.
Location: Woking, Surrey.
Workshop-based precision machining environment.
PPE required at all times.
Overtime and shift work may be required depending on workload.

This is a full time, permanent position, 40 hours per week and the standard staff working hours are applicable - Monday to Friday 07:00am - 3:30pm, with half an hour lunch break, with flexibility on the start and finish times in line with our client's core working hours policy.
