Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is recruiting for a CNC Turner Programmer, Setter & Operator to join a Northampton-based precision engineering team. The role involves programming, setting and operating Fanuc-controlled lathes to produce high-quality components with tight tolerances.

You will read engineering drawings, work with Duplex, Titanium and Hastelloy, and contribute to quality checks while maintaining safe practices.

Qualifications

• Time-served CNC Turner with programming, setting and operating experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC turning machines
• Produce precision components to customer specifications
• Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings
• Machine a variety of materials including Duplex, Titanium and Hastelloy

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 (38-hour week) - £40,000-£45,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:30 or 07:00-15:30, Friday 06:00-12:00
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
