Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator for a permanent, full-time role in Dunstable. You will set and operate 3-axis CNC machinery to produce components to specification and ensure high quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have turning and milling experience on 3-axis machines, be able to read engineering drawings, and bring reliability and precision. CNC programming is a plus, with Fanuc control experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Time-served experience as CNC Setter/Operator.
• Experience setting and operating 3-axis CNC machines.
• CNC Turning and Milling experience.
• Reading engineering drawings.
• CNC programming experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• Experience with Fanuc controls would be an advantage.
• Reliable, practical and quality-focused approach to work.

Interaction Engineering CNC Turner / Miller - Setter / Operator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner / Miller to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Dunstable.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Setter / Operator with experience working on 3-axis CNC machinery, within a busy machine shop environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery, producing components to specification and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience across both CNC Turning and Milling, with experience of 3-axis machinery.

Key Requirements

• Proven, time-served experience as a CNC Setter / Operator.
• Experience setting and operating 3-axis CNC machines.
• CNC Turning and Milling experience.
• Previous experience working within a machine shop environment.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• CNC programming experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• Experience with Fanuc controls would be an advantage.
• A reliable, practical and quality-focused approach to work.

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am-3:45pm
