Job summary

Interaction Finance is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join a busy machine shop in Dunstable. You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery, producing components to exact specifications, and maintaining high quality and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have experience with 3-axis CNC turning and milling and reading engineering drawings. CNC programming is a plus, and familiarity with Fanuc controls is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven, time-served experience as CNC Setter/Operator.
• Experience setting and operating 3-axis CNC machines.
• Experience in a machine shop environment.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• CNC programming experience is advantageous, but not essential.
• Experience with Fanuc controls would be an advantage.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner / Miller to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Dunstable.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Setter / Operator with experience working on 3-axis CNC machinery, within a busy machine shop environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery, producing components to specification and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience across both CNC Turning and Milling, with experience of 3-axis machinery.

Key Requirements

• Proven, time-served experience as a CNC Setter / Operator.
• Experience setting and operating 3-axis CNC machines.
• CNC Turning and Milling experience.
• Previous experience working within a machine shop environment.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• CNC programming experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• Experience with Fanuc controls would be an advantage.
• A reliable, practical and quality-focused approach to work.

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am–3:45pm
