Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced CNC Team Leader in Dartford, Kent. The days-based role offers £38,000 - £44,000 with OTE £50,000+, plus a Bonus, Overtime and clear progression opportunities.

You will oversee the 3-axis CNC machining department, set, operate and programme CNC machines, and develop your team while ensuring production targets and delivery deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC programming and leading a machining team.
• Proficient in setting, operating and programming CNC machines.
• Ability to coordinate workloads and improve machining processes.

Responsibilities
