Recruit4staff are representing a leading manufacturer in their search for a CNC Setter to work in their Halesowen facility. You will manage offsets, set tools, and machine a range of materials on Fanuc or Heidenhain controls.

This role offers £15–£16 per hour, 37 hours per week (Mon-Thu 7am-4:45pm), free parking, and overtime paid at time and a half. You will read drawings, use micrometers and verniers, and perform routine maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
• Proficient with micrometers and verniers.
• Experience machining different materials.
• Methodical, accurate, and able to handle varied projects.

Aufgaben

• Set tools and fixtures and adjust offsets on CNC machines.
• Machining prototypes or production batches.
• Read engineering drawings and work from them.
• Operate and maintain CNC machining centres daily.
• Use measurement tools to monitor quality and tolerances.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and organized.
