Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / CNC Miller / Setter Operator for a day shift in Halesowen. You will program, set and run CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls, reading drawings and maintaining tight tolerances.

The role offers £15-£20 per hour DOE, Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm, in an established engineering environment. Ideal candidates have solid CNC milling experience and can interpret engineering drawings, select tooling, manage offsets, and perform first-off

Qualifications

• Solid CNC milling experience with programming, setting and operating.
• Proficient with Fanuc controls and reading engineering drawings.
• Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances using precision tools.

Responsibilities

• Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines.
• Working with Fanuc controls to produce parts to drawings.
• Setting tooling, workholding and offsets for production runs.
• Carrying out first-off and in-process inspections using micrometers and gauges.
• Ensuring quality, maintaining safe and clean work area.
