Job summary

Manpower is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator in the West Midlands for a full-time permanent role. The successful candidate will set and operate CNC machinery to produce components to customer drawings, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.

40 hours per week with an immediate start. DOE and a competitive hourly rate apply for this manufacturing position in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC machinery.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with measuring/inspection equipment.
• Experience operating multiple machines.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Manufacture special fasteners and components to drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Use measuring equipment to ensure tolerances.
• Carry out in-process quality checks and inspections.
• Make machine adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Operate multiple machines when required.
• Work with production and quality teams to meet schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Follow all company quality, health & safety, and manufacturing procedures.
