Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled CNC Setter Operator for lathes in Luton, Bedfordshire. You will set and run sliding head and fixed head CNC lathes in a state-of-the-art shop and contribute to quality inspections. This role offers stability and opportunities within a leading aerospace components supplier.

Working Mon-Fri with 07:00-16:30 hours and a Friday half-day, the package includes £35k-£45k, plus training, progression and benefits. commutable from nearby towns.

Are you a CNC Setter / Operator, with lathes experience, looking to join a leading company, where you will work in a state of the art machine shop, enjoy a varied role and have chances for further training?

In this role you will help to set and run a range of sliding head and fixed head lathe CNC machines, whilst undertaking occasional quality inspections. The role is Monday to Friday with a half day on Fridays.

The Role:

• CNC Setter / Operator
• Setting and operating CNC sliding head lathes
• Site-based role local to Luton, within an aerospace engineering/manufacturing environment
• Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:30, Friday 07:00-12:00
