Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting a CNC Setter/Operator in Aylesbury to join a specialist engineering environment with a stable workload and long‑term progression.

You will set, program and operate CNC Lathes using Fanuc and Fusion 360, read engineering drawings and select tooling and machining strategies to hit production targets.

Aylesbury (Commutable from: High Wycombe, Princes Risborough, Thame, Amersham, Chesham, Tring, Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes)

Are you a CNC Setter/Operator with CNC Lathe experience looking for a technically varied role with a 4-day working week and the opportunity to work on high-precision components?

This specialist engineering company works on the design and manufacture of high-precision components for demanding industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join their team.

This role would suit a CNC Setter/Operator or CNC Turner looking for a technically varied position, a 4-day working week and long-term stability.

The Role:

• Setting, programming and operating CNC Lathes using Fanuc and Fusion 360
