Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a CNC Programmer for a 4-day week role in Leighton Buzzard. You will set, program and operate CNC lathes, writing new programmes from scratch and inspecting parts to meet strict tolerances.

The shift runs Monday to Thursday with late hours; the candidate should be able to read drawings and work to high industry standards in a growing engineering environment.

Do you have CNC turning and experience writing programmes from scratch? Are you looking for a new role within an industry leading engineering company known for their excellent staff retention who are offering a 4 day week with amazing earning potential and great training opportunities?

Due to continued growth and securing new contracts, my client is looking for a CNC Programmer to join the team, working out of their state of the art facility near Leighton Buzzard. The successful applicant will be responsible for setting, operating and programming CNC lathes. You will be working to product drawings and specifications, inspecting parts to ensure all company, industry and customer standards are met. You will play a key role to ensure that the production team operate as efficiently as possible while maintaining these high standards.
