Job summary

TJENG is hiring a CNC Setter/Operator for Poole on a permanent basis. You will set and run Doosan Lynx and Puma CNC lathes, reading engineering drawings and applying Fanuc offsets, tooling and program edits. Expect precise work, tool changes and self-inspection to ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC turning and operating lathes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience with Fanuc controls and editing offsets/tools/programs.
• Ability to perform tool changes and self-inspection.
• Work to tight tolerances and ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating Doosan Lynx and Puma CNC lathes.
• Working from engineering drawings to produce components.
• Managing Fanuc offsets, tooling and program edits.
