Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd in Bilston is seeking an experienced CNC Turner - Setter/Operator to join a precision engineering team. You will set up and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls, adjust offsets, and ensure components meet tight quality standards across defence and aviation sectors.

The role offers double day shifts (Mon-Thu 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm; Fri 6am-11am / 11am-4pm) with an hourly rate up to £17, plus a 15% shift allowance. Overtime and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC turning machines with Fanuc controls.
• Ability to modify programs and adjust offsets.
• Experience with Star Sliding Head and Mazak machines in high-precision industries.
