Job summary

Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Willenhall is recruiting a CNC Setter/Operator with experience on Mazak, Integrex or Mori Seiki machines. This temp-to-perm role starts with training on a morning shift and moves to an afternoon shift with flexibility.

You will set up and operate CNC machines from engineering drawings, ensuring quality with a good eye for detail. Paid breaks apply; permanent prospects on completion of the assignment.

CNC Setter / Operator - Willenhall

£14.00-£17.28 per hour | Paid breaks | Temporary to permanent | Flexibility in working hours

Industrial Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a CNC Setter / Operator with experience on Mazak, Integrex or Mori Seiki machines.

Pay and shifts

• Starting rate: £14.00-£15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Training will take place on a morning shift, approximately 07:00-14:30.
• Once trained, you will move to an afternoon shift, with some flexibility to start between 13:30 and 15:00.
• On becoming permanent, the rate will increase to £16.00 per hour, plus a £1.28 per hour shift allowance when working afternoons.
• Shifts include 7.5 hours of work with paid breaks.

You’ll need experience setting and operating CNC machines, the ability to work from engineering drawings, and a good eye for quality.
