Job summary

Industrial Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a CNC Setter / Operator with experience on Mazak, Integrex or Mori Seiki machines in Willenhall.

The starting rate is £14.00–£15.00 per hour with morning training (07:00–14:30). After training, you’ll move to an afternoon shift with some flexibility to start between 13:30 and 15:00. Shifts are 7.5 hours with paid breaks.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC machines from engineering drawings.
• Good eye for quality and attention to detail.
• Willingness to train on mornings then move to afternoon shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines on Mazak/Integrex/Mori Seiki.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure part accuracy.

CNC Setter / Operator – Willenhall

£14.00–£17.28 per hour | Paid breaks | Temporary to permanent | Flexibility in working hours

Industrial Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a CNC Setter / Operator with experience on Mazak, Integrex or Mori Seiki machines.

• Starting rate: £14.00–£15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Training will take place on a morning shift, approximately 07:00–14:30.
• Once trained, you will move to an afternoon shift, with some flexibility to start between 13:30 and 15:00.
• On becoming permanent, the rate will increase to £16.00 per hour, plus a £1.28 per hour shift allowance when working afternoons.
• Shifts include 7.5 hours of work with paid breaks.

You’ll need experience setting and operating CNC machines, the ability to work from engineering drawings, and a good eye for quality.
