West Midlands and Worcestershire Perm Hub in Birmingham area seeks an experienced CNC Setter Operator to set and run CNC milling, turning and related machinery, producing precision components from engineering drawings.
You will join a modern production environment with training and clear progression paths, including a competitive rate with shift allowances. A two-year CNC background and the ability to read drawings are essential.
Job Title: CNC Setter Operator
Location: Curdworth, Birmingham
Salary: £33,581 during training, rising to £35,539 following successful completion of training, inclusive of shift allowance
Hours: 38 hours per week
Shift Pattern AM Shift - 7.5% Shift Allowance
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
PM Shift - 20% Shift Allowance
Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm

Working closely with the production and engineering teams, you will ensure machines are running efficiently, maintaining high quality standards while meeting production schedules and performance targets.
