Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is sourcing a CNC Setter/Operator for a stable role in Strood, Kent. The position offers on-the-job training, long-term job security and overtime within a well-equipped workshop.

You will join a team working in a busy production area, rotating between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shifts, with opportunities for further training and development.

Qualifications

• CNC setting and operating experience in manufacturing.
• Able to read engineering drawings and work autonomously on production runs.
• Willing to work a shift pattern rotating weekly: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm.

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
