Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment are looking for CNC setter/operator or Miller/Turner to join a family-run manufacturing business in Poole. You’ll receive full programming training, a 40-hour day-based week, and premium overtime.

Salary is £30,000–£35,000 plus 31 days holiday and early finish on Fridays; commutable from Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester and nearby towns. You will create high-quality precision components, set and operate CNC machinery, and develop your skills with on-the-job training and
