Job summary

Supreme Recruitment Services Limited in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join a growing manufacturer of electrical connectors. The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, with hours rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, plus overtime and bonus opportunities.

You will set up to 4 machines per day, read engineering drawings, and work with 3-axis CNC. A minimum of 2 years' experience and a strong attention to detail are required to ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience setting and operating CNC Milling machines.
• Experience with 3 axis CNC.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Setting up to 4 machines per day.
• Operate CNC Milling machines and perform setups as required.
• Ensure parts meet drawing and quality standards.

CNC Miller Setter/ Operator – Permanent Position

Supreme Recruitment are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join a growing manufacturer of electrical connectors based in Sutton Coldfield

• Salary up to £33,500 per annum PLUS OVERTIME
• Permanent, Full-Time Position
• 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
• Overtime & Bonus Available
• Setting up to 4 machines per day
• Hours are weekly rotations of 6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm

Key Requirements:

• Clean working environment
