Job summary

Optical Precision, a manufacturer of precision engineered components, is seeking an experienced CNC Miller, Setter and Operator to join their team. You will set and operate CNC Mills with Fanuc controls, machining to tight tolerances on small to medium batchwork, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.

The role requires at least 4 years' setting and operating CNC Mills, familiarity with 3, 4 and 5 axis machines, and working on on-site equipment such as Matsuura 5-axis, Mazak lathe, and

Qualifications

MUST have a minimum of 4 years experience with setting and operating CNC Mills.
Experienced on 3, 4, 5 Axis.
Experience machining to tight tolerances for small to medium batchwork.
Set and operate CNC Mills via Fanuc controls.

Responsibilities

The Company

A successful manufacture of precision engineered components are looking for an experienced CNC Miller, Setter, Operator to join their team. The company produce batch work parts for the Aerospace, Automotive industries.

Role

To set and operate CNC Mills via Fanuc controls.
Machining to tight tolerances and ensuring quality.
MUST have a minimum of 4 years experience with setting and operating CNC Mills
CNC Mills to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications and engineering drawings, ensuring on-time delivery of products while maintaining high levels of efficiency and minimising downtime.
Working with Fanuc controls

Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
