Job summary

Hupsoo Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Setter to join its busy engineering team in the United Kingdom. You will program and set CNC milling machines and work independently from engineering drawings.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years’ CNC programming and setting experience, strong Siemens ShopMill skills, and the ability to write programs from scratch while interpreting drawings and preparing jobs for operators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in CNC programming and setting.
• Strong experience with Siemens ShopMill programming.
• Ability to write CNC programs from scratch, working from engineering drawings with minimal input from others.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and check your own work to ensure components meet drawing requirements.
• Experience setting up jobs for machine operators to run independently is essential.
• A good understanding of machining processes, tooling and cutting conditions.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and maintain high standards of quality.

CNC Programmer / Setter – Siemens ShopMill

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter to join our busy engineering team.

The successful candidate will be confident programming and setting CNC milling machines and able to work independently from engineering drawings.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in CNC programming and setting.
• Strong experience with Siemens ShopMill programming.
• Ability to write CNC programs from scratch, working from engineering drawings with minimal input from others.
