Qualifications

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems, esp. Javelin ERP.
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Engineering production environment experience.
• Knowledge of production planning processes and data flows.
• Experience in CNC/manufacturing environment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Planning: analyse capacity and bottlenecks to optimise resources.
• Production Scheduling: maintain master production schedules aligned with demand.
• Inventory Management: monitor levels and materials planning to minimise waste.
• Supplier Management: coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with other functions in planning.
• Process Improvement: apply CI to materials receipt, movement and storage.
• Performance Monitoring: track KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Customer Focus: manage and grow the customer base and voice of the customer.
• Data Analysis: use data to forecast material requirements and support decisions.
