Job summary

Lupa Collective Ltd in Bootle is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join the Door Preparation Department in a full-time role within a busy manufacturing environment.

You will operate CNC machinery, perform door sizing and edge banding, prepare and glaze composite doors, and carry out quality checks to ensure products meet standards. Immediate start and interviews available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery.
• Experience in composite door manufacturing or joinery is desirable.
• SCM machinery experience would be advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong timekeeping and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery, including SCM equipment.
• Carry out door sizing, cutting and edge banding.
• Prepare and glaze composite doors.
• Complete quality checks to ensure products meet manufacturing standards.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Support other areas of production when required.
