Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with fenestration products (windows, doors, etc.).
• Basic mechanical and technical problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good understanding of Safe Systems of Work.
• Experience with Shirmer and Stuga or similar CNC systems would be an advantage.
• Forklift licence or other factory equipment training would also be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to fabricate aluminium and uPVC windows and doors.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and CAD files.
• Ensure components are produced to high quality standards with minimal waste.
• Monitor production processes and carry out quality control checks.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment per health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors and production planning to ensure workflow efficiency.
