Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with fenestration products (windows, doors, etc.).
  • Basic mechanical and technical problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good understanding of Safe Systems of Work.
  • Experience with Shirmer and Stuga or similar CNC systems would be an advantage.
  • Forklift licence or other factory equipment training would also be desirable.

Job description

Hours: Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm OR Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am

Main Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CNC machines to fabricate aluminium and uPVC windows & doors.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join our dynamic team in Brighouse. This role is ideal for someone comfortable operating manufacturing machinery, with great attention to detail and a passion for precision manufacturing. You’ll play a critical part in the fabrication of high-quality uPVC windows, using state-of-the‑art CNC machinery.

The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:
