Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join their expanding team in Bletchley. You will work with high-quality machinery to produce components under precise standards, ensuring high quality in production.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of CNC operation experience, particularly with HOMAG machinery. Responsibilities include setting up CNC machines and maintaining production efficiency while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with CNC machinery, ideally Anderson or HOMAG.
• Understanding of nesting workflows and sheet optimisation.
• Previous experience in the furniture or joinery industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machinery.
• Run nested-based production for MFC panels, laminates and veneers.
• Load and unload sheets and monitor machining cycles.
• Perform maintenance checks and housekeeping duties.
• Assist with flat-pack furniture assembly.

Joining an expanding team with ambitious growth plans, you will set up and operate HOMAG machinery, producing components using nesting techniques. This will be high‑precision work that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
