Job summary

Stafflex Industrial Recruitment Limited is seeking a CNC Machinist to join a client in the manufacturing sector on a permanent basis. The role focuses on setting up and operating CNC machines and reading engineering drawings to ensure parts meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have previous CNC experience, be hardworking and motivated, and able to work well in a team while using their own initiative. Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience required.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines efficiently.
• Read/interpret drawings, specs and work instructions.
• Load raw materials into machines.
• Monitor processes to meet quality standards.
• Adjust machine settings as needed.
• Identify and report machine faults.
