Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment seeks a skilled CNC Operator in Bristol to join a busy manufacturing team. You will set up and operate CNC machines in line with production requirements, read engineering drawings, and follow safety policies to deliver precision parts.

The role offers a salary between £36,000 and £43,000 per year, early finishes on Friday, a Christmas shutdown period, and a health scheme plus life assurance. Permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a machine environment.
• Able to interpret Engineering drawings.
• Able to work with tight tolerance (Aerospace standards).
• Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating CNC machines in line with production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company policies.
• Load materials and tooling into machines and adjust as required.
• Quality checking own work and ensuring high standards.
