Job summary

Hunter Selection Bristol is seeking a skilled CNC Operator for a full-time, permanent role. You will set and run CNC machines, read engineering drawings, and ensure quality and safety compliance while contributing to a forward-thinking team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a machine environment.
• Able to interpret Engineering drawings.
• Able to work with tight tolerance - Aerospace standards.
• Able to work unsupervised and as part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating CNC machines in line with production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company policies.
• Load materials and tooling into machines and adjust as required.
• Quality checking own work and ensuring high standards.
