Job summary

Computerworld Personnel Ltd is assisting a Bristol-based engineering manufacturer to recruit a skilled CNC Operator. You will set up and operate CNC machines, read engineering drawings and work instructions, and ensure high quality output with tight tolerances in line with aerospace standards.

The role is full-time and permanent, offering £36,000-£43,000 plus benefits. You will work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for development and Friday early finishes, a Christmas shutdown,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a machine environment.
• Able to interpret Engineering drawings.
• Able to work with tight tolerance - Aerospace standards.
• Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating CNC machines in line with production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company policies
• Load materials and tooling into machines and adjust as required
• Quality checking own work and ensuring high standards
