Obscurant Recruitment Solutions Ltd seeks a CNC Miller Setter Operator for a double-days role based in Poole. The position offers a strong basic salary of £41,725.00, overtime after 37 hours, 33 days holiday with the option to buy five extra days, and a pension with health benefits.

You will set and operate Mazak or Fanuc CNC milling machines, produce precision components to drawing tolerances, and work from setup sheets with a focus on quality and lean production.

Qualificações

• Apprenticeship or equivalent practical experience in CNC milling.
• Setting and operating CNC milling machines to drawing tolerances.
• Ability to produce components to high quality and efficiency targets.

Responsabilidades

• Select tooling and holding devices from tool sheets.
• Set up to the provided setup sheets and amend as required.
• Prove out programs and conduct first-off inspections.
• Maintain production targets and lean principles, complete OEE data sheets.
• Ensure tooling and gauging remain high quality and accurate.
