Job description

Role: CNC Miller Setter/Operator

Salary: £17-19/hr + O/T available

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday. 7:30am-1:30pm Friday.

Location: Commutable from Camberley, Yateley, Reading, Basingstoke, Woking, Aldershot, Guildford, and surrounding areas.

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Setter/Operator to join a growing Aerospace Manufacturing organisation near Camberley. You will benefit from working in a small but knowledgeable team that supports a fast-paced environment.

As part of a small team of CNC Machinists, the Setter/Operator will ensure the smooth production of complex aerospace components. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and have a desire to develop and grow their skillset.

This environment is fast-paced and precision-driven, where small improvements can significantly impact the business's performance and success.

Responsibilities

1. Set and operate 3/5 axis milling machines.
2. Complete both first-offs and multi-run production cycles.
3. Inspect own parts to ensure they meet specifications.
4. Maintain high standards of work to keep production running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous setting/operating experience, ideally with Mazak machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Good attention to detail.
• Friendly, adaptable, and able to work well within a close-knit team.
