Role: CNC Miller Setter/Operator
Salary: 17-19/hr + O/T available
Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday. 7:30am-1:30pm Friday.
Location: Commutable from Camberley, Yateley, Reading, Basingstoke, Woking, Aldershot, Guildford and surrounding areas.

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Setter/Operator to join a growing Aerospace Manufacturing organisation based near Camberley. You will benefit from joining this small but knowledgeable team who work closely to support a fast-paced environment.
Working in a small team of CNC Machinists, the Setter/Operator will help with ensuring smooth production of complex aerospace components. The successful individual will take pride in their work and have a desire to develop and grow their skillset.
This is a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment where each small improvement can have a real impact on the performance and success of the business.
If you have a background in CNC machining, with a focus on milling on any machine, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Set and operate 3/5 axis milling machines.
Complete both first offs and multi-run production cycles.
Inspect own parts to ensure they meet specification.
Your main and primary role is keeping production running by ensuring a high standard of work.
Requirements
Previous setting/operating experience, ideally Mazak.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Good attention to detail
Friendly and adaptable with the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
