OneandNine Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Miller (Setter) to join a precision engineering business in Oxfordshire. You will set and operate 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines on complex components, ensuring tight tolerances and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Miller (Setter) in a precision engineering environment.
• Multi-axis milling experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and inspect to tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components.
• Carry out in-process inspection and quality checks on parts.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to production efficiency.
• Work to ISO9001 quality standards and maintain documentation.
