Job summary

Turbo Systems Engineering, based in Hull, is seeking an experienced CNC Miller Programmer/Operator to join a busy machine shop. You will program, set and operate CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls to produce high‑quality precision components from engineering drawings.

Responsibilities include selecting tooling, optimising machining processes, performing first-off and in-process inspections, and maintaining a safe, tidy working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer / Setter / Operator.
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls.
• Experience programming at the machine.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Competent in the use of measuring equipment including micrometres, verniers and gauges.
