Job summary

Accept Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join a precision machining operation in Willenhall, working on aerospace components. The role involves programming, setting and operating CNC mills to meet engineering drawings.

You will read cutting patterns to maximise stock utilisation, minimise waste, maintain documentation and support training. Night shift 20:45–07:00, 39 hours, with shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines within a precision machining environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Sound knowledge of a range of metal raw materials.
• PC literate.
• Familiarity with Heidenhain control software (desirable).
• Counterbalance mechanical handling licence (desirable).
• Machine maintenance skills relevant to equipment used (desirable).

Responsibilities

Salary: £49,000 - £52,000 (including shift allowance)

Shift: Nightshift - 20:45pm to 07:00am, Monday - Thursday, 39 hours

A well-established precision machining company operating within the aerospace sector, is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Programmer Setter Operator to work on complex components within a high-precision, quality-driven environment.

The Role:

• Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture components in line with customer requirements and engineering drawing specifications

• Handle products in accordance with quality and health & safety standards
