Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. are recruiting a skilled CNC Miller to join a well-established manufacturing business in Nuneaton. You will set and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components, reading engineering drawings and specifications.

The role offers day or night shifts with a night shift premium, with overtime paid. You will perform machine setting, tooling changes and in-process inspections, while maintaining high quality and safe working practices.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and tolerances.

• Capable of working both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensure components meet required quality and dimensional standards.
• Carry out machine setting, tooling changes and adjustments as required.
• Complete in-process inspections and maintain accurate quality records.
• Identify and report any machining or quality issues.

Position: CNC Miller (Day & Night shift available)

Location: Nuneaton

Salary: £33,000 - 43,000 Dependant on experience

Working Hours: 12 hour shift on rotating shift pattern

Benefits: Night shift premium, paid overtime, company pension, life assurance, profit share scheme and additional holiday entitlement

CNC Miller Position Overview

• Set and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.

CNC Miller Position Package

• £33 - 43k basic pay DOE
• Overtime rates and additional night shift premium on top of salary
• Day or night shifts available, depending on candidate preference.
