Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment are recruiting for a skilled CNC Miller in Nuneaton, offering day and night shifts with a premium for nights. Set up, operate and inspect components to tight tolerances within a well-established manufacturing environment.

You will read engineering drawings, interpret specifications, and adjust tooling and settings to maintain quality. A strong eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience setting and operating CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of machining processes, tooling and precision measurement.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensure components meet required quality and dimensional standards.
• Carry out machine setting, tooling changes and adjustments as required.
• Complete in-process inspections and maintain accurate quality records.
• Identify and report any machining or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
